IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FOR BOOK SELLERS

• Please write your name and address clearly while placing orders for books or entering into any other correspondence with Markazi Maktaba Islami Publishers.
• As price of books most often changes due to increase in paper cost and other unavoidable reasons, books are dispatched according to the current price.
• A packet weighing 5 kilograms is sent by post, and one exceeding it by rail or transport.
• In case of V.P.P., it is essential to send half of the price in advance.

• As soon as you are informed of V.P.P., receive it from the post office or the postman immediately. A V.P.P. packet remains in the post office only for 5 days. In case V.P.P. is returned, you will feel sorry and we will have to bear loss.
• On printed books, Railways used to charge only half of the fair. This concession was brought to an end in 1993. So now there is little difference between the rail and transport fair. Please do mention whether you like to receive the books by rail or transport. Also, mention the name of your nearest Railway Station / Transport.
• If you have to make any complaint about the parcel sent to you, or you receive a book or books in bad condition, or you find any mistake in the Bill, please do contact us with reference to the Bill No. Insha’Allah proper steps will be taken.
• We give the booksellers 20% to 33% discount on our publications.
• Only the books available at the time of supply will be dispatched.
• The postal, packing and dispatch charges will be borne by the purchaser.
• Books once sold will not be returned.
• Please contact us for more details about trade rate.
• To have the packet through Bank Bilty, the full name and address of the Bank concerned must be mentioned.
• Draft be drawn in the name of “MARKAZI MAKTABA ISLAMI PUBLISHERS”.
• In order to guard against pirated books, we have put Hologram on the titles of our textbooks and some other books. Please do check it at the time of purchasing books.
